At GlacierPaw, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Be returned in its original packaging.

Include proof of purchase or your order number.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards.

Items marked as "Final Sale."

Personalized or custom-made products.

Used or damaged items not caused by a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before they are processed for shipment, whichever comes first.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
